Learn how to gain energy with living food and sprouts. Grow your own sprouts and leave with your little jar. Discover how to make tasty vegetarian pies easily ! Make a healthy and delicious dessert that will energize your toddlers or growing baby if you are pregnant.

A fluid, graceful and energizing practice for students of all levels. A short relaxation (savasana) will close each practice to harmonize the body and the mind.
